Eve Mental Health provides individual therapy for adults who want a practical and structured approach to improving their mental health and daily functioning. Sessions focus on challenges such as anxiety, overthinking, ADHD-related focus difficulties, stress, relationship patterns, and major life transitions.
Couples counseling is also available for partners who want to improve communication, resolve recurring conflicts, and strengthen their relationship.
In addition to traditional in-office sessions and virtual therapy, Eve Mental Health also offers seasonal outdoor walking sessions through hiking therapy in the Rocky River Reservation.

While Eve Mental Health works with adults of all backgrounds, many clients who seek services are men who want to better understand how their mind works, improve focus and decision-making, and develop practical strategies for self-improvement in both mental and physical health.
The approach emphasizes clear thinking, structured problem solving, and practical tools that support personal growth and long-term change.
-
Therapy at Eve Mental Health is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and other practical strategies drawn from modern psychological research.
Sessions focus on helping clients understand patterns in their thinking and behavior, improve focus and decision-making, and develop tools for managing anxiety, overthinking, and everyday challenges.
The goal is not simply to talk about problems, but to gain clarity and build habits that help clients move forward with greater confidence and intention in their daily lives.

Hiking therapy combines traditional counseling with outdoor walking sessions in the Cleveland Metroparks.
These sessions take place at Rocky River Reservation and involve walking along established trails while engaging in conversation and therapeutic work. Many clients find that being outdoors and moving while talking can make therapy feel more natural and focused.
Hiking therapy is offered seasonally from May through mid-October and is available for individual therapy sessions.

Eve Mental Health offers both in-person and virtual therapy sessions.

Self-pay is also available for all services for clients who prefer to pay privately.
If you have questions about using insurance or self-pay for sessions, we can review those options during a consultation, or you can reach out by email or through the contact page.
