Adult ADHD Assessments

Many adults struggle for years with focus, procrastination, disorganization, overwhelm, or difficulty following through without realizing ADHD may be contributing to these patterns.

Eve Mental Health offers adult ADHD assessments designed to help clarify symptoms, identify patterns affecting daily life, and provide practical recommendations for next steps. The assessment includes a clinical interview, standardized ADHD testing, and a written report reviewed with you during a follow-up session.

What the Assessment Includes

Session One — Clinical Interview & Assessment 50 minutes

The first appointment focuses on understanding your current concerns, history, and the ways attention, organization, follow-through, and other ADHD-related patterns affect daily life. We’ll also complete a standardized adult ADHD assessment to gather additional information about your symptoms and experiences.

Session Two — Report & Feedback 50 minutes

After the assessment is completed, the information is reviewed and incorporated into a personalized written report. During the second appointment, we’ll go through the findings together, discuss what they may mean, answer questions, and review practical recommendations and next steps.

Adult ADHD Assessment Package — $300

The complete adult ADHD assessment is a self-pay service provided across two 50-minute appointments.

The assessment goes beyond simply completing an ADHD questionnaire. Information from the clinical interview and standardized assessment is reviewed together to better understand how your symptoms, history, and patterns of functioning fit together. The results are then organized into a personalized written report that summarizes the findings and provides practical recommendations for treatment and next steps.

The $300 package includes both appointments, administration and review of the ADHD assessment, clinical interpretation of the results, the completed written report, and a feedback session to discuss the findings and answer questions.

Is an ADHD Assessment Right for You?

An adult ADHD assessment may be helpful if you’ve consistently struggled with focus, procrastination, organization, task initiation, follow-through, or feeling mentally overwhelmed by everyday responsibilities.

Some adults seek an assessment because they’ve wondered for years whether ADHD may be contributing to these patterns. Others begin considering ADHD after noticing that work, relationships, routines, or daily responsibilities require more effort than they seem to for other people.

The goal of the assessment is to provide greater clarity about what may be contributing to these difficulties and to offer practical recommendations for what to do next.
