It offers a structured space to think clearly, work through challenges with intention, and move toward meaningful change. Sessions are collaborative, goal-oriented, and grounded in clarity and forward progress—always tailored to what you’re aiming to improve in your life.
Couples Counseling
Couples counseling offers a dedicated space to cut through miscommunication and defensiveness. Helping both partners speak openly, understand what’s happening, and start to work as a team again. It’s time set aside to unpack challenges, break recurring patterns, and rebuild—to move forward with aligned goals and shared direction.
Hiking Therapy
Hiking therapy takes the conversation outside. Instead of sitting in an office, we walk and talk—blending traditional therapy with movement and nature. Offered seasonally from May through mid-October, weather permitting, it’s a chance to get outside during the nice weather and move forward in more ways than one.
